Consider this question. Who can you discuss your concerns and uncertainties with? Talking to people in your work environment may not be in your best interest. Family members who are emotionally involved may not be able to hear you clearly. Either of these situations could invite people to bring their own agenda to the table. Working with a coach is a great solution because you have someone with no attachments in whom you can confide and from whom you can get straight answers.

What kind of results can I expect?

  1. Enjoy a more balanced life. Improve the quality of your life. Develop greater focus. Learn how to establish balance between home, work and play.
  2. Communicate more effectively. Understand more clearly what your needs are and how to express them more effectively. Learn to ask for what you really want and need. Learn to speak truthfully and how to resolve conflicts by creating win/win solutions.
  3. Learn to take more productive actions. Discover how to set goals that excite you. Finding out what you want for yourself and your business is our first task together. Once you become clear about your ideal goals, you are more likely to take consistent action to achieve them.
  4. Eliminate life’s hassles. Stop suffering, tolerating, waiting and hoping. Stop living from one adrenaline rush to another. Learn to manage stress and activities.
  5. Make better decisions. A coach’s responsibility is to get you to establish a clear focus. Considering your options with a coach who listens carefully is often enough to allow your circumstances to become more manageable.
  6. Improve your physical and emotional well-being. You will eliminate things in your life that are holding you back. Learn to establish reserves in the areas of time, space, money and relationships. Redesign your eating and lifestyle habits.
  7. Raise your standards and extend your boundaries. Discuss and test the standards you are willing to set up for your life. Setting higher standards will allow you to begin to ask more of yourself. By extending boundaries, you will experience significant personal growth. New choices and opportunities will begin to show up in your life.

How does coaching work?

Coaching works by means of weekly in-person or telephone sessions, whichever is more convenient. As your coach I will help you solve problems and make the most of opportunities. Each week I will give you homework which will include tasks, action steps, or changes you will commit to completing during the coming week. The homework gets you to take action and to integrate those changes into your life.

What you can expect from me as your coach…

  • To respect your privacy and hold everything you say in strict confidence.
  • To be on time, resourceful and attentive for our session.
  • To listen fully to what you say, as well as what you are not saying.
  • To make suggestions and offer solutions to problems.
  • To give you unlimited amounts of compassion and strength.
  • To anticipate challenges and help you develop strategic plans to handle them.
  • To emphasize and speak to your strengths, not harp on your weaknesses.
  • To make bold requests because I want you to win.

Some things you need to be willing to do…

  • To set about creative action, not just creative thinking.
  • To communicate your strengths, fears, successes and failures.
  • To ask more of yourself.
  • To produce significant results without adding stress.
  • To experiment with new ideas.
  • To redesign how you spend your time.
  • To set goals that are much bigger than those you are used to.
  • To start treating people differently.
  • To start really taking care of yourself.

People have asked me…Why did I become a coach?

The first reason is because coaching is something I have been doing for the past 10 years. Having been a coach in the traditional sense has allowed me to work with elite athletes and business professionals both personally and professionally. I have had the opportunity to help them in their work environment by eliminating or managing the negative influences in their lives. Once that happens there is more room for growth and improvement.

The second reason is that I’m thrilled to be in a profession that allows me to use all the resources, skills and abilities I’ve accumulated over the years. I have an extensive tool kit for any situation that may arise.

Here's how you can have your own coach- risk free.

I want to make it easy for you to have a coach so here is what I am willing to do. Once you have decided that working with a coach is something you would like to try, call and set up your free one hour orientation session, after which you may decide to invest in coaching for one month. If after one month you don t think coaching is for you, or you feel you were not provided with substantial value, I will refund your entire investment- no questions asked. To assure you further, I will not deposit your check for thirty days.

Here’s how our coaching sessions will work.

The format is called tele-coaching. You call me at a specific time, usually once per week, at the same time each week. The calls last 30 or 60 minutes. You can choose either option. If you prefer, you may meet with me in person but most find the telephone to be the most practical way to communicate. You may also communicate with me via e-mail during the week to share any important news or to ask questions. It’s that simple and there are no other charges.

How can you get started?

The purpose of your free one hour orientation session is to get you off to a strong start by identifying your goals, needs, and challenges. I’ll have a chance to get to know you and build a foundation for our relationship. Together we will design the best way to work together as a team to accomplish your goals.

Call me if you believe having a coach will be of benefit for you. You can explain what you are up against and what you want to achieve. I’ll let you know if I can help, and suggest an initial strategy. I’ll make no sales pitch because I believe that coaching is not something that I sell you on; it’s something you invest in because you understand the potential benefits. Together we will create a safe, relaxed environment where you can be yourself and talk openly and honestly with me. My phone number is (610) 823-4496.

We all have untapped potential and special gifts to share with others. You can be one of the many people who have made the decision to move down the path of personal and professional development. If you feel ready to take the next step please call me.
